II. Participants

The program is applicable to all customers who open a real account for the first time at Zeno Markets in April 2022 (for more information about the first deposit amount, please see the type of emulation program below).

III. Date of the Bonus Program

The program will be held in April, from April 1st till the end of April 30th 2022.

IV. Conditions of participation

• Attendees must be 18 years of age or older in accordance with the Zeno Markets Terms and Conditions of Business.

• All customers who meet the Zeno Markets Terms and Conditions of Business can participate in this program. 

V. Convert Rewards

Two customer appreciation programs in April will be celebrated at the same time to facilitate trading trials and improve the investment experience of traders.

Gratitude Program 1:

• Only applicable for new customers opening their first account at Zeno Markets.
• The preferred dividend is no more than $10,000 / 1 newly-opened account.
• The bonus amount will be added directly to the client’s account and be shown on the Balance (customers have full right to withdraw this bonus from the account).
• Upon confirming of the participations, the customers hereby approve the support from the consultants to help trade the right stocks, thus receive the dividends.
• The valid stock code for the bonus must be kept by the customers for at least 2 sessions.
• The bonus level is determined according to the following capital input levels:

Gratitude Program 2:

• Only applicable for new customers opening their first account at Zeno Markets.
• The minimum deposit for the first deposit is $1,000.
• The program only applies to Standard accounts.
• The reward will be paid out after the client has traded 20 lots of GOLD (the number of lots is calculated based on the number of lots being traded in a minimum duration of 2 minutes).
• Reward: Having met the above competition conditions, investors will receive a bonus of $ 300 which is directly added to their accounts.

VI. Offer termination

• Any fraudulent behaviors will result in disqualification from continuing the contest and withdrawal of awarded prizes. In case of an investor being disqualified from the contest, that client will not be allowed to re-register for the contest or participate in any prizes held by Zeno Markets.
• The right to clarify the program belongs to Zeno Markets and Zeno Markets is not responsible for informing the client of the amount of the bonus that will be withdrawn from the offending account.
